Ken Shults, Managing Director, Global Consulting
Ken brought more than 15 years of marketing experience to Global Strategies when he joined in 2007. Ken has leveraged his rich experience in mass customization technology platforms, one-to-one marketing programs and predictive modeling algorithms to lead Global Strategies' developments in analytics. Molly Scofield, Managing Director, Global Consulting
Molly Scofield has worked as a Marketing and Training Consultant for global brands for the last 14 years with a focus on digital insights and search strategy for the last 5 years. Molly's experience includes directly managing projects (digital and offline) for many Fortune 500 clients. She has led agency relations for her employers for many of the world’s biggest brands in the Packaged Goods and Tech industries including: Nestle, Microsoft, Intel, HP, Procter and Gamble, and Cisco. Since 2002 Molly has worked in a strategic and consultative role for our clients and has collaborated extensively with global teams in executing multi-lingual, digital programs for a diverse array of enterprise businesses.
Eilish Canady, Director of Strategic Services
Eilish has more than 10 years’ experience in marketing and interactive development and is passionate about seeing clients take advantage of today’s 360-degree marketing opportunities. She has a natural interest in research and marketing which, combined with her dedication to ensuring client satisfaction, led to her role in leading the production team at Global Strategies. Eilish works closely with the Ogilvy family to ensure seamless integration and mutual client satisfaction. Damien specializes in helping Enterprise clients understand how Search fits into the overall marketing mix. He is leading the Search strategy and the development of Search programs for many of our Enterprise clients, writes a column for Search Engine Land, and is a frequent speaker at industry events such as SMX Advanced.

Paul has 14 years of Analytics experience and an MBA focused on digital marketing and business strategy. His expertise is gathering and consolidating enterprise data and building customized reporting that supports corporate objectives.

Michelle joined Global Strategies in 2006 with a background in psychology, website design and training. Tiare began her career in Interactive Marketing specializing in email marketing, online event registration and ecommerce for small, mid and enterprise level companies. She also has experience with training and support on multiple software platforms. Mellissa is a search strategist with over 12 years of search engine marketing experience. Mellissa’s understanding of the ever changing search landscape and how it impacts websites, allows her to develop strategic search engine marketing programs with the goal of increasing her clients' websites natural search presence through Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media Optimization (SMO), link development, and leveraging analytic insights.
Barbara Furbish, Sr. Search Specialist & Account Coordinator
Barb is a graduate of Trinity College in Hartford, CT with a B.A. in History. Her three decades of diverse corporate experience including Telecommunications, Public Relations, Book Store Management, Litigation Paralegal, and non-profit fund raising uniquely positions her to both administrate Global Strategies' revenue reporting functions and to work as a dedicated Search Specialist for Global Strategies' East Coast office.
Max Bennett, Search Strategist
Max joins Global Strategies with international online marketplace experience. He has helped lead the SEO, Social Media and Online Marketing strategies for multilingual brands in Asia Pacific, North America and South America. He has helped launch brands into new international markets in addition to successfully improving performance and competitiveness for veteran sites in highly competitive markets such as travel. Max has natural project management and communication skills combined with a passion for strategic and competitive analysis that make him well suited for many of GSI's clients. He also has a proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese that makes him an asset for content and optimization strategy in those specific markets.
Corrin Chen, Search Specialist
Corrin has nearly 5 years experience in search engine optimization and search engine marketing. She has MBA & MS in Information Systems from Boston University with a concentration in ecommerce strategies. She plays an integral role on the IBM team, using search insights to help drive the client's business strategies, to develop and manage their organic search methodologies and processes, and to measure their search success in the global marketplace. She is originally from Taiwan. Her bilingual and multicultural background is a unique asset for Global Strategies.
Lakeeya Blue, Search Analyst
Lakeeya is a graduate of Michigan State University with a B.A. in Professional Writing. She joined GSI in 2008 beginning as the companies Administrative Assistant. She soon found her niche with the Analytics team and now works as a Search Analyst producing reports for clients of Global Strategies.

With experience in dynamic web technologies, server administration, databases, systems development and programming, Eric is working to advance GSI’s data collection, analytic and reporting capabilities.
