Brad Cohen has been working in technology and network analysis since 2005. Brad received an MS degree in Communication from Cornell University in 2002 where he specialized in attitude-behavior relationships and was first exposed to group and network theories. At Global Strategies International (GSI), Brad specializes in enterprise strategy for Search Engine Optimization and Marketing (SEO & SEM) and in social media optimization.

Before working at GSI, Brad was the Director of Applied Research at GroupScope, Inc.  GroupScope developed software to represent relational datasets as interactive visual networks in order to allow users to view, filter, and analyze the relationship structures in their data. As a startup company, the role incorporated responsibilities including marketing, outreach, education, business development, and network analysis.

Brad authored the Search Engine Marketing Professional Organization (SEMPO) online course for social media marketing that will be released within the next month. This coursework will be distributed online to help corporate marketers who are new to social media to get started and learn the necessary basics.
